Cloverdale is the third largest community in Surrey. According the City of Surrey, Cloverdale has experienced exponential growth in the last 10 years. Population grew from 46,100 in 2005 to a staggering 71,400 in 2015, and it continues to grow at a rapid pace. It is home to the Surrey Museum and the Surrey Archives, unique heritage buildings, and a quaint “Main Street,” retains much of its historic ambiance.
Cloverdale has so much to offer in regards to parks and trails. From the wetland trails at Hi-Knoll Park, to the picnic areas at Clayton Park, and the sports fields and water park at Cloverdale Athletic Park, you’ll discover something different to do and see at each of the community’s many parks.
Each year, the Cloverdale Fairgrounds hosts the Cloverdale Rodeo. Cloverdale is also home to the BC Vintage Truck Museum and Surrey’s Heritage Rail. Leisure attractions in the area include the Fraser Downs Racetrack & Casino in the Cloverdale Fairgrounds and Northview Golf & Country Club.
